Cobb Chamber Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Events:

  • Any person making an online reservation for any Cobb Chamber event may cancel and receive a full refund if the Cobb Chamber has been contacted by phone or email at least 2 business days prior to the event. No refunds will be given after this time.
  • Event registration refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the event.
  • If an event is cancelled by the Cobb Chamber, a full refund will be given.

E-Commerce:

  • No refund will be given for items purchased through the E-commerce system. All sales are final.
  • If the item is damaged, the Cobb Chamber will ship another of the same product to the purchaser, once the damaged item is returned.

Membership Dues:

  • Membership dues are non-refundable.
